Responsibilities

• Lead the testing team in applying consistent methodologies and testing scripts across applications.
• Advocate for quality and testing standards throughout the software lifecycle.
• Manage resource planning and team allocation.
• Resolve technical or procedural issues that impede testing efforts.
• Own the testing strategy and manage resources.

Required Skills

• 4+ years leading a testing team delivering software across multiple platforms.
• 5+ years of experience preparing test plans and test scripts.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering quality software using various technologies.
• 5+ years utilizing testing tools and defect tracking tools.
• Experience supporting the full software testing lifecycle.
• Ability to work onsite in Austin, TX, a minimum of two days per week.
• Flexibility to work evenings or weekends to meet project deadlines.
