Description

You will lead the end-to-end testing process for EHR applications, ensuring software quality through rigorous manual and automated validation.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full testing lifecycle, including the creation and execution of test plans, test cases, and test data.
• Develop manual and automated test scripts for practice management, clinical, interface, and billing workflows.
• Oversee defect tracking and reporting while coordinating testing activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and train QA team members on EHR testing methodologies, best practices, and data migration testing.
• Generate metrics to measure application quality and track defect trends.

Required Skills

• 9+ years of experience in software testing and test plan execution.
• Expertise in QA automation testing using UFT (Unified Functional Testing), Katalon, or Selenium.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for complex query writing and database validation.
• Deep experience with ALM Test Management Tool and Jira for defect management.
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS product testing and the SDLC.
• Hands-on experience with EHR/EMR workflows, including clinical and billing modules.
• Proven ability to perform unit, integration, regression, smoke, UAT, system, stress, and load/performance testing.
• Strong technical communication skills for presenting complex information to clinicians and IT staff.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with HL7 FHIR standards.
• Background working within a state agency environment.
