Description

Perform analytical testing and maintain quality control standards for laboratory operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform analytical testing in accordance with USP/NF/EP/JP/FCC or customer guidelines, including Dissolution, Titration, HPLC, and GC.
• Maintain accurate written records of all analyses performed and perform peer review of testing write-ups.
• Calibrate and maintain lab equipment and instrumentation.
• Schedule daily tasks efficiently and write Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as needed.
• Ensure a clean and safe work environment in collaboration with lab personnel.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in analytical testing techniques (Dissolution, Titration, Polarimetry, FTIR, HPLC, GC).
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or Life Sciences (or equivalent experience).
• General knowledge of operating basic laboratory equipment and handling chemicals safely.
• Accurate execution of testing on the first attempt under production pressure.
• Proficiency in English verbal and written communication to convey technical results.
• General computer literacy in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with lab safety practices and chemical hygiene.
