Description

You will own the manual testing lifecycle, focusing on writing and refining test cases to ensure readiness for automation. You will interface with business stakeholders to challenge requirements and manage defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed, formalized test scripts and test cases.
• Execute assigned test cases and manage bug tracking.
• Estimate scope and time required for testing tasks.
• Interface with manual testers and business stakeholders to ensure test case quality.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of manual software testing experience in a formalized QA environment.
• Experience working within SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with bug defect tracking systems such as JIRA or ALM.
• Strong communication skills for internal business-facing interactions.
• Ability to challenge business requirements directly when necessary.
• Experience working within the banking domain.
