Description

You will own the manual testing lifecycle, focusing on writing and refining test cases to ensure readiness for automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed, formalized test scripts and test cases.
• Execute assigned test cases and manage bug tracking.
• Estimate scope and time required for testing tasks.
• Interface with business stakeholders to challenge requirements and ensure test case quality.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of manual software testing experience in a formalized QA environment.
• Experience working within SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency with bug defect tracking systems such as JIRA or ALM.
• Strong communication skills for internal business-facing interactions.
• Ability to challenge business requirements directly when necessary.
• Experience working within the banking domain.

• Any Graduate degree.
