Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for banking applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain automation test scripts using Playwright.
• Lead quality assurance activities and ensure adherence to testing standards.
• Identify, log, track, and retest defects until closure.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product teams to ensure application quality.
• Support testing of banking operations and business processes.
• Improve test automation coverage and testing efficiency.
• Explore and support the use of Agentic AI in software testing and quality assurance.
• Prepare test reports and provide quality updates to stakeholders.

Experience Required:

• 4 - 8 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Assurance.
• Strong experience in functional and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright automation.
• Experience in regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Good understanding of banking operations or banking applications.
• Experience in test planning, test case design, and defect management.
• Exposure to Agentic AI in software testing is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Quality assurance leadership or team coordination experience is an added advantage.
