Lead quality engineering architecture and strategy for the engineering organization.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable quality engineering frameworks and architectures.
• Own the technical direction of quality assurance processes and standards.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate testing seamlessly into the development lifecycle.
• Define and enforce best practices for test automation and quality metrics.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a QE Architect or senior quality engineering role.
• Proven experience designing large-scale quality engineering systems.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and test integration strategies.
• Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
• Degree in any field of study.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with performance and load testing architectures.
