Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Define and drive the QE vision and roadmap aligned with AI-first and autonomous testing strategies
• Lead adoption of Agentic AI-based testing frameworks (multi-agent systems for test execution, monitoring, healing)
• Partner with engineering, product, and DevOps teams to embed quality into the SDLC/CI-CD pipeline

AI & Agentic AI Implementation

• Design and implement AI-powered testing solutions, including:
  • Test case generation using LLMs/GenAI
  • Self-healing automation frameworks
  • Intelligent defect prediction and root cause analysis
• Build and deploy Autonomous Testing Agents capable of:
  • Test orchestration and execution
  • Decision-making based on test outcomes
  • Adaptive learning from historical data
• Integrate Agentic workflows across tools such as test management, observability, and CI/CD

Architecture & Framework Development

• Architect scalable quality engineering platforms using modern tech stack (Python, Java, cloud-native frameworks)
• Create reusable frameworks for:
  • API, UI, performance, and security testing
  • Test data management using AI
• Ensure alignment with microservices, cloud, and distributed architectures

Automation & Innovation

• Drive end-to-end automation strategy leveraging:
  • GenAI for script generation and optimization
  • NLP-based validation
  • Visual AI testing tools
• Introduce shift-left and shift-right testing with AI insights
• Promote experimentation with emerging tools like:
  • LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, etc.

Quality Intelligence & Analytics

• Build AI-driven dashboards for predictive quality metrics
• Implement anomaly detection and risk-based testing using ML models
• Derive actionable insights from test data, logs, and monitoring systems

Governance & Best Practices

• Establish standards for AI ethics, governance, and model reliability in testing
• Define best practices for responsible AI usage in QE
• Mentor teams on AI-led QE adoption and maturity

Technical Skills

Core QE Skills

• Advanced experience in test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured)
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Expertise in API testing, performance testing, and TDD/BDD

AI / ML / GenAI

• Hands-on experience with:
  • LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, etc.)
  • Prompt engineering and fine-tuning
• Experience in:
  • Test generation using AI
  • Defect classification and prediction models
• Familiarity with vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures

Agentic AI & Advanced Concepts

• Experience with Agentic frameworks such as:
  • LangChain Agents
  • AutoGen / CrewAI
  • Semantic Kernel
• Understanding of:
  • Multi-agent collaboration models
  • Autonomous decision systems
  • Event-driven architectures

Programming & Tools

• Strong coding skills in Python / Java / JavaScript
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP acceptable)
• Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
