Description

Design and uphold quality standards within the QE framework to ensure high-quality software delivery.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement effective test strategies, plans, and detailed test cases.
• Execute manual and automated tests covering functional, regression, and performance scenarios.
• Detect, log, and analyze software defects to identify root causes and provide actionable feedback to developers.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to test processes, tools, and automation frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to integrate quality throughout the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or architecture.
• Proficiency in Java.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Experience with Cucumber.
• Experience with Qtest.
• Ability to work closely with Product Owners and Business Analysts.
• Experience following TCOE best practices and QE methodologies.

• Any Graduate degree.
