Description

Design and execute quality engineering strategies for loyalty program implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement QA strategies and test plans tailored to loyalty programs.
• Develop and maintain test automation frameworks for Comarch Loyalty Management Software.
• Lead QA teams by establishing best practices and mentoring team members.
• Oversee end-to-end testing, including functional, integration, performance, and security testing.
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to embed quality in the SDLC.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in QA roles, with 5+ years as a QA Architect.
• Mandatory domain expertise in Loyalty Programs.
• Deep expertise in Comarch Loyalty Management Software.
• Proficiency with Selenium, JMeter, and Postman.
• Strong experience in API testing and test data management.
• Any Graduate degree.
• Solid understanding of the SDLC.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS or Azure.
• Experience with microservices testing.
