Description

Automate testing of user experiences and services to ensure high feature quality. Own the release pipeline by planning, writing, and executing UI and service-level test scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Maintain automated test frameworks and analyze failures for new functionality and regression testing.
• Identify, track, and validate defects throughout the development lifecycle.
• Implement solutions to improve testing practices and methodologies.
• Create documentation that supports business requirements and processes.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software test automation.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium for UI automation.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Jenkins.
• Proficiency with Git/GitHub.
• Experience with JMeter for performance testing.
• Experience testing cloud apps and SaaS environments.
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Ability to lead enterprise engagements and facilitate meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
