Description

You will plan, write, automate, and execute test scenarios for Marketplace initiatives, spanning both UI and service tests. You will contribute to and maintain automated test frameworks to ensure feature quality, providing detailed feedback and analysis on failures for new functionality and regression testing. You are responsible for identifying, tracking, and validating defects, while implementing solutions to improve testing practices and methodologies. You will articulate complex client and vendor concepts to audiences of varying technical levels and create documentation that supports business requirements and processes. You must work independently in a complex environment to ensure the quality and timeliness of system information.

Responsibilities

• Automate and execute UI and service test scenarios in collaboration with development and product teams.
• Maintain automated test frameworks and provide analysis on failures for regression and new features.
• Identify, track, and validate defects throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Implement solutions to improve testing practices and methodologies for cloud apps and SaaS.
• Create documentation supporting business requirements and facilitate enterprise engagements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Software Test Automation.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, and Python.
• Experience with Selenium for UI automation.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git/GitHub, and Jenkins.
• Performance testing experience using JMeter.
• Experience testing cloud applications on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
