You will own the quality engineering and automation strategy for AI/ML systems, ensuring model reliability and performance.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated tests for AI/ML models, covering data validation and integration.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for model training, testing, and deployment.
• Apply QA principles to model training and evaluation stages.
• Monitor and validate model performance and accuracy throughout the lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or automation.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML development lifecycles.
• Proficiency in implementing CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
• Experience with data validation and model performance testing.
• Ability to automate testing for model training and evaluation processes.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent graduate education.
