Description

You will test and validate data workflows and applications using automated and manual testing techniques.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans, test cases, and scripts for Database ETL Workflows.
• Analyze data against mapping documents and debug to identify root causes.
• Develop test automation for Batch Jobs, Data Feeds, APIs, and Web services.
• Validate SQL procedures and write complex SQL queries for data validation.
• Apply AI-based automation techniques to improve test coverage and quality gates within CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Quality Engineering.
• Proficiency in Python and Java.
• Experience with AWS services (Glue, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, Lambda).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience testing APIs and web applications, including Swagger.
• Proficiency with test frameworks such as JUnit and TestNG.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like TeamCity, Jenkins, or Octopus.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and Jira.
• Experience querying and validating data using SQL.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Snowflake and Data Lake technologies.
