Description

You will own end-to-end API and integration testing for CMS Burden Reduction initiatives, ensuring data accuracy and regulatory compliance across upstream and downstream systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Validate HL7 FHIR-based REST APIs, including payloads, schemas, headers, authentication, and error handling.
• Design, automate, and execute end-to-end test scenarios (positive, negative, integration) using GIVEN-WHEN-THEN acceptance criteria.
• Contribute to test strategy during PI Planning, providing end-to-end test estimates and identifying dependencies and risks.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Developers on defect management, warranty validation, and daily Jira updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in End-to-End and Integration QA.
• Strong hands-on API testing expertise with Postman for validation.
• Experience with Playwright for API and UI integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of HL7 FHIR, Healthcare Interoperability, and CMS Burden Reduction.
• Experience working in Agile/SAFe environments, including PI Planning and Sprint ceremonies.
• Strong experience with Jira for test and defect management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Nucural.
