Description

Lead quality engineering efforts and coordinate testing across multiple tracks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirement gathering, analysis, and review meetings with stakeholders.
• Review test scenarios and scripts to provide technical input to the QE team.
• Develop, execute, and report on test scripts and defects.
• Oversee test execution status and publish Daily Status Reports (DSR) to stakeholders.
• Manage offshore team coordination and guide track team members on daily QE activities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Quality Engineering.
• Experience with Test Plans and Test Strategy development.
• Proficiency in developing and executing Test Scripts.
• Experience working within Scrum frameworks and participating in daily Scrum calls.
• Ability to manage and coordinate with offshore teams.
• Proven track record of managing project KPIs and stakeholder reporting.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automated testing tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of performance and security testing methodologies.
