Description

Lead quality engineering efforts by designing test strategies and driving delivery independently. You will coordinate with onshore and offshore partners to debug complex issues and implement effective work-arounds.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive test strategies based on functional and design specifications.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate all quality testing activities.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks using CI/CD models.
• Debug complex issues and implement effective work-arounds.
• Drive delivery independently while coordinating with onshore and offshore partners.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in software test automation.
• Strong Java programming logic including OOPs, design patterns, collections, and serialization.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Experience with REST API automation.
• Proficiency in Maven, GitHub, Jenkins, and TestNG.
• Practical application of Page Object Model and Factory design patterns.
• Experience working within Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery models.

Preferred Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging capabilities.
