Lead quality engineering for kiosk, web, mobile, and POS applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing initiatives for kiosk hardware in QSR environments.
• Execute testing across web, mobile, and POS platforms.
• Apply specification-based black box, structure-based white box, or experience-based testing techniques.
• Manage end-to-end test management processes and design strategies.
• Report test status and metrics to technical teams and management.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience leading kiosk testing.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with AWS.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience testing web, mobile, and POS applications.
• Strong understanding of test management processes and design techniques.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate level education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UI/UX and A/B testing, including content testing.
• Background in retail or QSR sectors.
