Description

Lead quality engineering for a complex cloud migration project, defining strategies for IVR and NLP components while driving automation and CI/CD integration.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing strategies for IVR systems and natural language processing components.
• Drive automation initiatives and ensure seamless CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals and quality standards.
• Communicate project status and quality risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience leading QE teams on large-scale migration or cloud projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cypress, and Postman.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
• Proficiency in Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience testing voice/NLP components.
