Description

You will own the test strategy, drive automation, and lead a team of 5 engineers in a Banking domain delivery environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage a QE team of 5 engineers, ensuring end-to-end delivery quality.
• Define test strategy, quality gates, and metrics reporting cadence for stakeholders.
• Design and govern automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Playwright, enforcing CI/CD integration standards.
• Act as the primary QE point of contact for client stakeholders, communicating status, risks, and release readiness.
• Apply banking domain knowledge to validate critical business workflows and compliance-sensitive test scenarios.

Required Skills

• 8-12 years of experience in QA/Testing.
• 3+ years in a lead role with a proven track record leading teams of 5 or more.
• Expertise in Robot Framework, including keyword and data-driven design and custom keyword libraries.
• Proficiency in Playwright UI automation using TypeScript or Python.
• Experience with CI/CD integration for automated test execution.
• 3+ years of experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Fintech QE.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Gen AI tooling for test case generation, self-healing selectors, or intelligent test analysis.
• Experience with Virtual Account Management (VAM) or Liquidity Management System (LMS) platforms.
