Description

You will lead the quality engineering function for one or more products, owning the automation strategy and release readiness.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the QE function, mentoring engineers and enforcing testing best practices.
• Design and implement automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Python.
• Define and execute end-to-end testing strategies including functional, regression, API, and UI testing.
• Drive shift-left practices and integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee test data management, environment stability, and root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 7+ years in Quality Engineering or Software Testing.
• 2-3 years in a QE Lead or Test Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python for extensions.
• Proficiency in UI automation using Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or Python Requests libraries.
• Solid understanding of test framework design and architecture.
• Experience integrating automation with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and Git version control.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and performance testing tools like JMeter or k6.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
