Description

Lead the quality engineering function for one or more products, owning automation frameworks, testing strategy, and team mentorship.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automation frameworks using Robot Framework and Python.
• Define and execute end-to-end testing strategies including functional, regression, API, and UI testing.
• Drive shift-left testing practices and automation-first culture in collaboration with developers.
• Integrate automation suites with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions.
• Mentor QE engineers, oversee defect management, and report quality metrics and release readiness.

Required Skills

• 6-7 years in Quality Engineering or Software Testing.
• 2-3 years in a QE Lead or Test Lead role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Robot Framework and Python for extensions.
• Proficiency in UI automation using Selenium or Playwright.
• Experience with API testing using REST tools, Postman, or Requests libraries.
• Solid understanding of test framework design, architecture, and CI/CD pipeline integration.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in BDD (Behavior Driven Development) and performance testing tools like JMeter or k6.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
