Description

You will own the quality engineering function, leading and mentoring the team to drive product quality through automation and modern testing strategies in an Agile environment.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the QE team, providing technical guidance and career growth opportunities.
• Drive test automation strategy and execution across UI, API, mobile, and microservices.
• Own and improve the release process, coordinating quality delivery across engineering, QA, and product teams.
• Oversee functional and non-functional testing, including performance and security testing.
• Drive the integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Deep hands-on experience with automation across UI, API, microservices, and mobile platforms.
• Proficiency with Selenium, ReadyAPI, Katalon Studio, and Mabl.
• Strong grasp of Agile SDLC and creating high-quality test documentation.
• Proven experience managing release cycles and owning quality gates.
• Background in testing microservices-based systems and API-first architectures.
• Experience with performance and security testing tooling.
• Skilled in test management, resource planning, and mentoring engineers.
• Familiarity with Appium or similar mobile test frameworks.
