Description

You will drive the development and evolution of quality engineering processes to enable consistent, predictive conditions across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement a QE maturity roadmap, including 90, 180, and 360-day improvement plans.
• Introduce and implement common automation and performance engineering frameworks to support all test types.
• Establish metrics definitions, monitor project data to identify risks, and report on QE maturity status.
• Review system architecture and designs from a performance viewpoint to influence design decisions.
• Develop and execute process improvements, documentation handbooks, and developer training plans.
• Manage and validate all testing artefacts and establish corrective actions for non-conformance.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in process definition and compliance audits.
• Hands-on working experience with TDD and BDD.
• Expertise in developing Automation strategies.
• Experience with Performance Engineering frameworks.
• Knowledge of DevOps pipeline blueprints and CI/CD implementation.
• Ability to conduct feasibility studies and determine ROI for new tools and best practices.
• Bachelor's degree.
