Description

You will design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure application stability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define performance testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Execute load, stress, soak, and spike testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD workflows to detect regressions early.
• Analyze results and collaborate with developers to resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and historical trend analysis.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter.
• Experience with LoadRunner.
• Experience with Dynatrace.
• Ability to identify key performance indicators and establish baseline measurements.
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Degree in any field (Any Graduate).
