Description

You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, resilient testing solutions within the Testing Center of Excellence (TCoE) TestOps team. You partner with QE, Development, and DevOps teams to architect modern test environments, synthetic data solutions, CI/CD integrations, and governance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Architect scalable test environments, synthetic test data solutions, and data pipelines aligned with Agile delivery models.
• Define and implement testing technology roadmaps, governance, security, and compliance standards for test data and environments.
• Design frameworks for integration across test management, automation, CI/CD, and analytics platforms.
• Drive implementation of enterprise test processes and establish consistent QA best practices across project teams.
• Create architectural documentation and conduct enablement sessions to support data-driven quality improvements.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Technical or Solutions Architect in Quality Engineering or Test Automation.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and QA processes.
• Experience designing data architectures, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud-based test environments.
• Strong scripting skills in Python, PowerShell, and Bash.
• Experience integrating CI/CD pipelines and orchestration tools.
• Ability to derive and implement best practices across project and product teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in DevOps-driven delivery environments.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
• Experience in enterprise TCoE or QA Architecture roles.
