Description

Drive end-to-end testing and automation efforts within an Agile Scrum environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional, regression, and E2E testing to ensure 100% functional coverage.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to prepare UAT test cases and manage offshore team execution.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into daily workflows and report efficiency savings to stakeholders.
• Maintain test environments and update automation scripts after every sprint.
• Participate in Agile sessions to refine requirements, assess impacts, and provide estimates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in test automation.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Python.
• Proficiency with Selenium and BDD Cucumber frameworks.
• Experience using GenAI tools in daily testing workflows.
• Practical knowledge of Jenkins and DevOps processes.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodology.
• Experience performing interface testing and E2E system regression.
• Ability to prepare and present test execution documents to clients.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with the Robot Framework.
