Description

Lead quality engineering by designing and maintaining automated testing infrastructures for stability and coverage.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber.
• Create reusable components, test scripts, and data-driven tests using WebDriver methods and TestNG annotations.
• Identify end-to-end scenarios, manage object identification, and implement error handling within test suites.
• Execute parallel and cross-browser testing to ensure application stability.
• Manage requirement reviews, work effort estimation, and coordination with client stakeholders.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Assurance and software testing.
• Strong proficiency in Java programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Cucumber, and JUnit or TestNG.
• Expertise in building and maintaining test automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing.
• Ability to perform object identification and analyze applications under test.
• Strong project management and client coordination skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills for onsite collaboration.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• 3 years of experience working in Agile Methodology.
• Knowledge of Insurance domains, Policy Admin Systems, or Financial Accounting systems.
• Experience with Test Management Tools.
