Description

You will design and implement performance testing strategies to ensure application stability and reliability.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute load, stress, soak, and spike testing using JMeter, LoadRunner, and Dynatrace.
• Integrate performance tests into CI/CD workflows to detect regressions early in the development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results to identify bottlenecks and collaborate with developers to resolve performance issues.
• Build and maintain dashboards for real-time monitoring and historical trend analysis.
• Mentor QA team members on testing concepts and tools while advising squads on performance best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in performance engineering or quality engineering.
• Proficiency with JMeter for test script creation and execution.
• Experience with LoadRunner for performance testing.
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for application monitoring and analysis.
• Experience integrating performance tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to define KPIs and establish application baseline measurements.
• Degree in any graduate field.
