Description

You will lead the end-to-end testing program and define testing strategies for full-cycle digital projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end testing programs across functional, security, performance, cross-browser, mobile, and accessibility domains.
• Develop and manage comprehensive testing strategies for digital projects.
• Own the full testing lifecycle including requirement analysis, test planning, and test execution.
• Manage defect lifecycles to ensure software quality and stability.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and Assurance.
• 5-10+ years of experience specifically within Life and Annuity domains.
• Expertise in requirement analysis.
• Proven ability in test planning and test execution.
• Strong defect management skills.
• Experience managing functional, security, and performance testing.
• Experience with cross-browser, mobile, and accessibility testing.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technology field.
