Description

Lead quality teams and manage complex IT projects for retail systems while developing automation frameworks for in-house Point of Sale systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality teams and manage complex IT projects focused on retail systems.
• Develop and maintain automation using Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript.
• Test APIs by calling SOAP and REST endpoints with JSON and XML data.
• Validate cloud-based technologies for in-house Point of Sale systems.
• Manage defect lifecycles using Jira and Confluence.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a Software QE or Test role.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Microservices and Cloud Native applications.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Hands-on experience with bug tracking systems like Jira.
• Ability to call and validate SOAP and REST APIs.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Selenium and BDD frameworks like JBehave or Cucumber.
• Knowledge of SQL query execution and GIT branching strategies.
• Experience with test management tools.
