Description

Lead quality engineering efforts for wealth management technology divisions, focusing on fiduciary agreement digitization and AML/Compliance platform upgrades.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers to solve complex technological challenges within Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
• Develop automated testing solutions using Selenium and object-oriented programming.
• Design and implement test strategies for fiduciary workflows and KYC process enhancements.
• Apply design patterns and data structures to build scalable quality frameworks.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of Quality Engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Java and Object Oriented Programming.
• Strong understanding of Data Structures and Design Patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium.
• Deep financial domain expertise in Custody, Treasury, Corporate Trust, or Corporate Payments.
• Experience with Post Trade Settlements, Broker Dealer Services, or Securities.
• Experience working within both Agile and Waterfall SDLC.
