Description

Lead the design, development, and support of Qlik Sense and Qlik Cloud applications, including data models, scripts, and dashboards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable BI solutions and optimize application performance using Qlik scripting and Set Analysis.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and support production releases.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor junior developers on best practices.
• Execute Qlik to Power BI migration and participate in BI modernization initiatives.
• Explore AI-powered analytics and conversational BI capabilities.

Required Skills

• 6–8 years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense Enterprise or Qlik Cloud.
• Strong expertise in Qlik scripting, data modeling, Section Access, and performance tuning.
• Proficient in SQL with experience in Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.
• Experience leading teams and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Power BI, DAX, and Qlik to Power BI migration projects.
• Exposure to AI technologies such as Azure AI Foundry, Snowflake Cortex, Microsoft Copilot, or Conversational BI.
• Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences domain.
