Description

You will manage the full lifecycle of hardware assets and infrastructure for PC depot operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PC refreshes, repairs, deployments, and disposals.
• Execute asset management workflows following established policies.
• Manage legal hold processes and ensure adherence to data protection requirements.
• Lead a technical team to maintain PC infrastructure integrity.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in PC deployment, maintenance, and support.
• Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and best practices.
• Proficiency with IT service management tools and systems.
• Experience with IT Service Desk operations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• ITIL certification.
• CompTIA A+ certification or similar.
