Description

You will manage and support multi-node Tableau and Qlik Sense environments in Irving, TX.

Responsibilities

• Install and configure Tableau Server 2021.4.X within a 17-node cluster on Windows 2019 Server.
• Administer Qlik Sense Streams using the Qlik Management Console (QMC).
• Monitor server activity, usage statistics, and capacity to optimize performance and identify enhancements.
• Troubleshoot Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Qlik Sense issues regarding user access, data visualizations, and app performance.
• Provide 24/7 support for multi-node environments, including applying server patches during non-business hours.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in QlikView or Qlik Sense Administration.
• Hands-on experience with Tableau Server administration and cluster management.
• Ability to troubleshoot Tableau workbook performance and server-related issues.
• Experience managing capacity and performance optimization for BI environments.
• Proficiency with Tableau, Qlik Sense, and REST APIs.
• Experience with Windows 2019 Server environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Web Connectors and Web Mashups.
• Ability to create custom connections to third-party tools using Web Connectors.
