Description

Implement and support quality initiatives to integrate Commercial Lines of Business into QNXT, owning the end-to-end analysis, configuration, and testing lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business requirements as a Subject Matter Expert to drive project scope.
• Liaise between internal stakeholders, external customers, and IT to define testing and implementation plans.
• Analyze system designs and prepare application specifications for information system solutions.
• Formulate system scope and objectives based on defined user needs.
• Provide change management support and develop data management documentation for assigned projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Business Analyst experience or in a related field.
• Front-end QNXT benefits configuration experience.
• Operational experience in at least one QNXT domain: Claims/Encounters, Membership, Benefits, Provider, or Contracts.
• Strong background in project implementations and requirements gathering.
• Experience with testing and documentation.
• Deep QNXT expertise.
• Business Analytics skills.
• Bachelor's degree.
