Description

You will lead the establishment of an IT Application Architecture practice focused on Pricing, Payment, Capitation, and Value Based Care methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design custom components to bridge capitation calculation gaps and integrate them seamlessly with QNXT.
• Develop repeatable configuration processes for new business in collaboration with Claim and Finance Architects.
• Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation phases while defining long-term technical roadmaps.
• Evaluate solution options through RFIs, RFPs, or prototype development to select optimal technology paths.
• Analyze and recommend configuration standards to optimize capitation calculation modules for existing health plans.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in architecture or related technical roles.
• Deep expertise with QNXT platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Medicare environments and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage RFIs and RFPs.
• Hands-on experience with prototype development.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
