Description

You will lead the establishment of an IT Application Architecture practice for Core Administrative Platforms, focusing on pricing, payment, and capitation methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Establish an IT Application Architecture practice for Core Administrative Platforms, specifically for Pricing, Payment, and Capitation.
• Design custom components to bridge capitation calculation gaps within QNXT.
• Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation activities for the applicable business areas.
• Analyze and recommend configuration standards to optimize the capitation calculation module.
• Develop solution roadmaps by reviewing business context, defining requirements, and evaluating options through RFIs, RFPs, or prototypes.
• Collaborate with domain architects to formalize and adopt IT standards and procedures.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in architecture or related roles.
• Recent, hands-on QNXT architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of capitation models and payment methodologies.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with solution design and prototype development.
• Experience managing RFIs and RFPs.
• Knowledge of Managed Care Organization (MCO) environments.
• Familiarity with Medicare requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science.
