Description

Lead the IT Application Architecture practice for Pricing, Payment, Capitation, and Value Based Care. You will own the technical roadmap, design custom components, and define configuration standards for QNXT environments.

Responsibilities

• Design custom components to bridge capitation calculation gaps and integrate them with QNXT.
• Develop repeatable configuration processes for new business in collaboration with Claim and Finance Architects.
• Lead solution ideation, design, and implementation phases while defining long-term technical roadmaps.
• Evaluate solution options through RFIs, RFPs, or prototype development to select optimal technology paths.
• Analyze and recommend configuration standards to optimize capitation calculation modules for existing health plans.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in architecture or related technical roles.
• Deep expertise with QNXT platforms.
• Strong proficiency in SQL.
• Experience with Medicare environments and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage RFIs and RFPs.
• Hands-on experience with prototype development.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
