Description

You will lead QNXT benefits configuration efforts and manage the associated delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration efforts by overseeing high-level project direction, attending meetings, and managing schedules.
• Manage a team of resources, handling hiring, turnover, and acting as a primary escalation point.
• Monitor the testing phase to ensure progress and produce regular management reports.
• Coordinate with resources to resolve technical questions and ensure projects stay on track.
• Maintain oversight of commercial and government benefit configuration workflows.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience with QNXT, specifically in benefits configuration.
• Proven experience in a Manager or Director level leadership role.
• Direct experience with Commercial and Government QNXT benefit configuration.
• Background in managing people, including hiring, turnover, and performance escalation.
• Ability to manage project schedules and high-level effort coordination.
• Experience transitioning from an Analyst role into management.
• Capacity to work on EST hours.
• Must reside in one of the following states: AL, DE, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, LA, ME, MD, MN, NE, NV, NH, ND, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, WA, WV, WI, or WY.
