Description

You will lead end-to-end benefits configuration within QNXT to ensure compliance and accuracy across healthcare programs.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and configuration of benefit plans to meet state, federal, and commercial requirements.
• Manage front-end and back-end benefits configuration to align with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and design configurations based on specific requirements.
• Write SQL queries to validate configurations and ensure data integrity within QNXT.
• Guide the configuration and testing of benefits during migration and system implementation projects.

Required Skills

• Deep expertise in QNXT Benefits Configuration.
• Experience with Medicare and Medicaid programs.
• Proficiency in SQL for data validation and querying.
• Experience working with front-end QNXT systems.
• Experience with back-end system integration.
• 3 years of relevant experience.
