Description

You will manage the day-to-day support, optimization, and enhancement of QNXT software applications in Plano, TX (remote).

Responsibilities

• Support software builds, upgrades, and system enhancements to optimize processes and decrease expenses.
• Perform workflow assessments to determine functional requirements and document system needs.
• Develop system test plans and execute testing for software upgrades and patches.
• Manage problems, incidents, change requests, and service requests.
• Provide daily on-call support for application-related issues and oversee small-scale projects.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software support and optimization.
• Direct experience with TriZetto QNXT application troubleshooting and support.
• Proficiency in SQL and writing stored procedures.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Technical knowledge of .NET.
• Deep understanding of the healthcare domain.
• Ability to perform system activity monitoring and workflow observation to identify vulnerabilities.
• Experience training IT teams and guiding the implementation of new systems.
