Description

Lead the design, development, and integration of the QNXT healthcare platform. You will architect enterprise solutions, define technical standards, and mentor engineering teams to deliver scalable payer systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise solutions using the QNXT platform, including custom extensions and APIs.
• Establish technical best practices and lead architecture reviews for QNXT implementations.
• Develop integration solutions using REST APIs, SOAP services, ETL processes, and middleware.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and development teams.
• Ensure system scalability, security, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years working on QNXT.
• 3+ years of experience in a Technical Architect or Solution Architect role.
• Strong understanding of QNXT database architecture and application components.
• Experience with SQL Server, T-SQL, performance tuning, and database optimization.
• Knowledge of healthcare payer operations: Claims Processing, Enrollment, Benefits, and Provider.
• Proficiency with web services, REST APIs, SOAP, XML, JSON, and integration frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
