Description

You will lead the design, development, and optimization of the QNXT platform, ensuring scalable healthcare solutions. This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise solutions using the QNXT platform.
• Develop custom extensions, APIs, and integrations with internal and third-party systems.
• Lead technical architecture discussions and establish best practices.
• Provide technical leadership for upgrades, enhancements, and modernization.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience with at least 3+ years on QNXT.
• 3+ years in a Technical or Solution Architect role.
• Strong knowledge of QNXT database architecture and application components.
• Proficiency in SQL Server, T-SQL, performance tuning, and database optimization.
• Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, ETL processes, XML, and JSON.
• Deep understanding of healthcare payer operations (Claims, Enrollment, Benefits, Provider).
• Ability to collaborate with business analysts, developers, and infrastructure teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Azure or AWS cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud migration initiatives.
