Description

You will own the technical implementation and support of the QRM product in the AWS cloud environment.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Manage the QRM product, including performance maintenance and stability improvements.
• Troubleshoot software updates and upgrades across the AWS infrastructure.
• Interface with business and management to ensure business continuity and disaster recovery.
• Participate in Agile SCRUM ceremonies and assist in developing use cases and workflow analyses.
• Create necessary documentation throughout all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Required Skills

• 5-8+ years of technical expertise with MS SQL, including strong experience reading and writing SQL queries.
• Working knowledge building and maintaining SSIS packages.
• Thorough understanding of technical concepts across all software development phases (design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, support).
• Experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFront.
• Proficiency with Terraform and PowerShell scripting.
• Basic knowledge of creating Batch files and scheduled tasks.
• Experience with GitLab or similar CI/CD tooling.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues based on business partner requirements.

Preferred Skills

• QRM product experience.
• Bachelor's degree or AWS certification.
