Description

Design and develop complex applications using Quadient Inspire and custom solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation and Scalar workflows for automatic input data file processing.
• Define Omni-Channel outputs, including SMS and email communications via Quadient Cloud.
• Program, test, and troubleshoot workflows while performing data file analysis.
• Resolve internal and external inquiries regarding input/output requirements, strategic planning, and quality assurance alignment.
• Maintain internal documentation covering issues, resolutions, usage, and training.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of overall professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in Quadient Communications Composition.
• 2+ years of recent experience with Quadient Inspire Designer.
• 2+ years of recent experience with Quadient ICM.
• 2+ years of recent experience with Quadient Automation and/or Scalar.
• 2+ years of recent experience with Quadient Inspire Scripting.
• Experience with Quadient DAS.
• Proficiency manipulating complex data types including XML, JSON, flat files, relational databases, and non-relational databases.
• Ability to work with multi-line variable data record formats.

Preferred Skills

• HTML and CSS expertise.
