Description

Design, develop, and maintain Quadient Inspire solutions for customer communications across print, email, archive, and digital channels. This role translates business requirements into scalable CCM solutions, ensuring accuracy, performance, and consistency for high-volume batch and on-demand processing.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance composition templates, workflows, layouts, data mappings, and business rules using Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant customer communications management (CCM) solutions.
• Ensure accuracy, performance, and consistency of customer communications for high-volume batch and on-demand processing.
• Apply AI tools (e.g., Claude) for requirement analysis, code assistance, documentation drafting, testing support, and process optimization.
• Support version upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements while adhering to organizational standards for security, compliance, quality, and documentation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Quadient Inspire Designer and Interactive.
• Strong proficiency in designing composition templates, workflows, and business rules.
• Experience with data mappings and CCM solution architecture.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Hands-on experience applying AI tools for development, testing, and documentation.
• Knowledge of version upgrades, migrations, and platform enhancements.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with high-volume batch and on-demand processing environments.
• Background in security and compliance standards for enterprise communications.
