Description

Own the product vision and backlog for customer communication and content management solutions using Quadient and Exstream.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision for the Customer Communication and Content Management domain to stakeholders and development teams.
• Manage the product backlog, ensuring items are clearly described, estimated, and prioritized in alignment with Agile Epics and Features.
• Review, provide feedback, and approve all team deliverables before release to business partners.
• Collaborate with Tech Leads and System Architects to ensure solutions are modular, reusable, and technology-forward.
• Lead multiple teams to build skill sets, enhance collaboration, and optimize operational efficiency.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of industry experience, with 5+ years specifically in life insurance and annuity product development and servicing.
• Direct experience using Quadient, Exstream, or similar customer communication tools.
• Active use of Agile SDLC methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira or equivalent project management tools.
• Proven track record as a Product Owner or in a similar capacity, managing backlogs and stakeholder alignment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to make technical decisions and align organizations on complex business features.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
