Description

You will own the architecture and delivery of Customer Communication Management modernization programs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Quadient-based CCM modernization and transformation programs across all phases.
• Define technical architecture, integration strategy, and transformation roadmap aligned with enterprise systems.
• Oversee extraction logic from legacy systems and leverage automation to drive efficiency.
• Design and develop accelerators to migrate templates and processes from legacy platforms to Quadient.
• Establish governance for template management, version control, and regulatory compliance.

Required Skills

• Strong expertise in Quadient Inspire (Designer, Interactive, Scaler, Dynamic Communications).
• 7+ years in CCM technologies.
• Proven experience leading modernization/migration programs, preferably from mainframe to open systems.
• Experience with legacy CCM platforms including Documaker, OT Exstream, and Xpression.
• Proficiency with integrations involving APIs and Web Services.
• Strong skills in Performance Tuning and Load Balancing.
• Hands-on experience with print/mail/email/SMS outputs and accessibility standards.

Preferred Skills

• Strong understanding of customer communication strategies and document lifecycle.
