You will design and execute user research studies to drive product strategy and excellence.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute user research studies with external participants.
• Develop and implement a UX research strategy to identify high-impact opportunities.
• Partner with Design, PM, and Engineering leaders to integrate research into product direction.
• Advocate for user needs through written reports and oral presentations to influence business decisions.
• Provide a user-focused perspective during design reviews and strategic planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product research within foundational or generative settings.
• Proficiency in research design using usability studies, contextual inquiry, concept testing, and surveys.
• Experience managing the full research lifecycle: scoping, planning, recruiting, execution, and reporting.
• Proven ability to integrate research findings into product designs and design practices.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, and Engineering teams.
• Strong communication skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to incorporate technical and business requirements into research frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience conducting research on GenAI, Augmented Reality, or hardware devices.
• Background or expertise in Human Factors & Ergonomics research.
